采用通道封闭进行气流管理,主要目的是将空调送出的冷空气和机柜排出的热空气进行有效隔离,避免冷、热气流混合造成的冷量流失和资源浪费。常见的应用方式有二种房间级冷却+冷通道封闭,机柜列级冷却+冷通道封闭,机柜列级冷却+热通道封闭。

★气流组织  机柜“面对面”布置在高架地板上,机柜中间的通道采用通风地板,房间级空调送出的冷空气经地板下空间,通风地板进入机柜中间的通道,形成“冷通道”;因冷通道封闭,冷气流无法进一步往通道上部和通道两端扩散,故全部进入机柜;冷空气在机柜内吸收IT设备的散热变成热空气排出,沿天花板返回房间级空调,热空气在空调内被再次冷却后送出进入下一轮循环
